• I bulk optimized all 40K images on my website and they came out looking terrible. You can see how awful the quality is. I’m not even a photographer or trying to display beautiful images on my site, but these turned out to be so pixelated and blurry for even an amateur blogger.

    Hi @justsimplymom,

First of all, thank you for your feedback.

Picture quality issues are very common, and that’s why we provide:

    • An online optimizer on our website, so you can test the quality of your pictures after being optimized, before doing it on your live site.
    • 3 levels of optimization, Lossy, Glossy and Lossless. Perhaps all you needed is less aggressive optimization method ??

In any case, I can see you contacted us by e-mail yesterday asking for help, and we have not get to the bottom of this yet (waiting for an answer from you), so feel free to get back to us and I’m sure you’ll want to update this review ??

    Happy Holidays!
