• The PRO version worked well but some recent updates have caused the ticket form to disappear from events; so users cannot buy tickets, making this a useless add on now.

Customer support, when they eventually get back to you, involves getting you to install another plugin to fix the main plugin. Very sloppy, the main plugin should be fixed.

I have had to go back to my old copies from 2017 to get it to work again.

    Not happy!

I also had this problem, have you had to fix it by going back to an old version? Or what solution did you arrive at? I had to roll back the version.

The update meant that people could not buy tickets at all, so I would have hoped the devs would be more concerned about it.

Went back to an old version and installed an update manager plugin to hide and prevent the ticket plugin from updating. The advantage is that you don’t need to subscribe to their dodgy updates.

I’m disgusted that the service is so bad given how much they charge. If it plays up more it will be time to find a better solution.
