Not have enough permissions

    I need to change the Auto Reply message, if I can do it via Mysql (i didnt find the plugin table) or via ftp files, is enough for solve this urgency for now…

    It sounds like you definitely need to update as I can’t offer any support until WordPress, Jetpack and this plugin are all at the latest versions. That will almost definitely be where your issue is.

    The database field where the auto reply message is stored cannot be edited directly via MySQL and needs to be done through the dashboard UI, so you’ll need to update everything and then try again.
