    Hey, sorry for the delayed response…

    the solution is already explained in plugin description, once plugin installed, it will start forcing new signup to enter firstname/lastname and that combination will be used instead of username to generate author link, for all existing users, you have to update their firstname/password so the plugin can generate new author urls….
