Not hitting cache and showing DYNAMIC

    Hello, 

    I’m having a problem with the?Super Page Cache for the Cloudflare plugin. It’s not hitting the cache and showing DYNAMIC on all requests. This is resulting in higher server response time (TTFB).

    You can see this on our GTmetrix test. The “cf-cache-status” headers shows DYNAMIC. https://gtmetrix.com/reports/strangershow.com/pvR4iVLi/

    Can you help us troubleshoot why it is showing DYNAMIC?
