Not honoring Sticky Posts?

Hello! Thanks for such an awesome plugin — it works like a charm for most things. I am, however, having trouble getting it to honor sticky posts. Here’s the code I’m using, and the result can be seen toward the bottom of the Announcements column on this home page:

[display-posts category="home-page-announcements" ignore_sticky_posts="false" include_excerpt="true" excerpt_length="20" excerpt_more=" read more ..." excerpt_more_link="true" image_size="large posts_per_page="5"]

Any ideas about what I might be doing wrong? I’m explicitly repeating the default for ignore_sticky_posts (I tried it both ways) and I’m stumped.
