It’s nice to put a note.
The use is intended to be the simplest and meet a simple need = cancel pending orders.
Meanwhile a lot of people want to do more exotic things with this plugin.
If not for the documentation, it probably doesn’t have a big interface with little buttons, but everything is documented here and here
And what’s more, what is a shame is that you did not write a support subject but directly the opinion (several accounts?)
You will need to understand 2 essential things:
1 – it’s free. So I’m not supposed to waste 20 minutes every day personally helping people who don’t take the time to read the documentation.
2 – be polite. The last requests for support despite a quick and worried response from me, this balance regularly not “no response” and not even a “thank you”
