Not importing anything?

I’ve been an Envato user, for 5+ years, using the WordPress Template Kits for years, until recently I would download a kit, install it, and nothing would happen. I just created a temporary domain on my hosting to stage a website, I installed TWO Envato templates, and they both resulted in a blank page. Very disappointing!

Is anyone else having this problem and what have you done to correct it?
