Not importing full review text

    We’ve just gathered a lot of new reviews, each person left some of the positive words which Google promotes but the advanced import does not pull through the actual review text anymore. It only pulls the positive words. I’ve tried all the options, is there a fix?

    @j8joeburns I am curious about “only pulls the positive words”. Can you clarify what this means (e.g. just 5 star reviews or reviews without emoticons)?

    Do you have a Place ID I can look up?

    Also, if you haven’t tried this already, please go to the main Setup tab and check/tick the option: “Additional sanitization of retrieved data — emoticons are removed from text”.

    Also, did you select “Original Review Text” or something else?

    @j8joeburns I’ve since found a minor issue with the import logic that has been fixed in a prior version. Please let me know if you’ve experienced anything similar since?
