Not importing product images

    I am using the native woocommerce product import function. It imported the images of the simple products csv. It did not import images of the variable files. It imported images of variations. I tried to update with the images and sku again, still, it is not importing images for variables. Please help!

    I just looked at the simple products too, half of them didn’t have their images either. Why is this so. I use WP offload media lite, cloudflare plugins as well. I tried updating via API as well, adds nothing.

    @nathaniel7sg,

    When you’re importing your products to WooCommerce are you using the default product import functionality which would be this one.

    If so when the import is finished on the final page you should see a link to a log file with any failures. That can hold some information as to why elements failed to import.

    If you try importing again look at the failure log and reply here with any additional information from that.

    yep. I used the same. In the end there is no failure. When i upload the csv it swiftly finishes the import and has no error. If any one of the image link is invalid, it shows failded to import, but others are imported but without images.

    Hey @nathaniel7sg,

    When you’re importing the products are those products already present on your site from a previous import? If so have you enabled this checkbox when importing the CSV again.

    I had done that. The products have links to the images but the images were not downloaded. I temporarily made a local WP installation, made the images and then uploaded. But still the importer is not importing anything. It had imported all the products but I had a configuration error, to fix which I deleted everything and from then it is behaving so.

    Hi @nathaniel7sg. Sorry we missed your last response. Are you still facing this problem? Also, if I understand correctly from your last response, you deleted all your products and tried importing again, is that right? In that case, can you make sure that there are no product ids in your csv file?
