Not importing qtranslate tags

Hello, Im importing some title from an Excel, this is the string:

<!–:es–>Brújula Base plateada<!–:–><!–:en–>Base plate compass silver<!–:–>

But the final result leaves only this:

<!–:es–>Br

the rest is missing.

Also when trying to import to post content:
<!–:es–>Base se convertirá en la guía de tu camino. Esta brújula rellena de líquido te mostrará el camino adecuado. Dise?o registrado?<!–:–><!–:en–>ABS case with liquid filled compass and scale indicator. Including cord. Registered design?<!–:–>

And the import result is this:
<!–:es–>Base se convertir

I also imported a featured image and this is working.

Is there any limitation?
