Not importing the attributes

Please check if the exported file contains attribute columns and data in it. If yes, then please make sure that the attribute columns are mapped while importing. If the issue still persists then please share your importing CSV file.

We have gone through your CSV file and noticed that none of the attribute columns contain data in it. In order to import and create an attribute during import, there should be data in the attribute columns. Please try adding values in the attribute columns and try importing.

i dont understand how to import the values can you give me ena example?

Please just add the attribute values in the respective attribute columns. Eg: If you have a product with attribute “size” and value “large”, then please add the value “large” in the attribute:pa_size column of the products. If the attribute column is left blank then that attribute will not be imported.
You can also export a sample product using the plugin to know more about the format.

I did but nothing..Can you post a video of what you doing so can i do it step by step?
