I’m surprised, given that I had to pay for “Premium” functionality for a plugin that enhances NextGen Gallery (which is free) that it didn’t knock my sock off, it didn’t even go close, it’s rubbish, ugly and doesn’t really seem to work that well at all, save your money people.

    Hi rcfearn,

Thanks for downloading NextGEN Gallery Optimizer Premium, and for your feedback.

All of the Premium version’s current functionality is concisely outlined on the main page, in the documentation and the changelog. Was there a particular feature you were hoping for, at all? If so, please get in touch and I’ll see what I can do for you.

The plugin is fully tested and works very well with all versions of WordPress since 3.1.2 (although NextGEN now requires 3.5), so perhaps there is some kind of conflict with other plugins or your theme I could help with. If you could provide a URL, I’d be happy to take a look for you. Were you experiencing any issues with the Basic version, at all?

I work full-time providing support and customizations for Optimizer via email and the forums, so if there’s anything I can do, just let me know.

    Kind regards,
    Mark.
