Use https://search.google.com/test/rich-results to test the schema of your page and fix any errors that it shows you.

You will also want to make sure whichever schema information you enter with RankMath Pro accurately portrays the content displayed on the page.

Ultimately, it’s up to Google whether or not it uses the rating information provided in your schema is used to display rich snippets. Their algorithms are quite intelligent, if they detect invalid schema, or that your provided schema is inaccurate, or that it does not represent the content and page being displayed, then it will likely not display the rating rich snippets in search results.

Ask yourself: “What is being reviewed?” and “Does my page represent the entity/object being reviewed?” and “Does my schema type represent the entity/object being reviewed?”
