Not integrating with Itthinx Affiliates Pro

Good morning.
Please could you assist me with this problem.
AddThis is not integrating with Itthinx Affiliates Pro as advertised.When my Affiliates share a link to facebook and a sale results from that share the sale is not credited to the affiliate.
How can I go about fixing this?
