    There is a pre tag wrapped around the store locator output, and it doesn’t come from within the store locator itself, but it does cause it to look the way it does.

    If you open the page holding the store locator in the page editor, switch to text mode, and make sure no pre tags are wrapped around the [wpsl] shortcode.

    If no pre tag is visible in the text editor, then try to disable all other plugins one by one until it look fine. Let me know the name of the plugin that causes the issue, and I will look into fixing it.
