    Hi,

    When selecting Revolut as payment method on the checkout page it doesn’t load the text box where you can enter the credit card number and instead automatically “jumps back” to the previous selected payment method (see screen recording below).

    The issue is most likely caused by another plugin that is conflicting with ours. Cache plugins are usually the “culprits” in these cases. You can try disabling them and then retrying in incognito mode. If the issue persists, please reach out to our Revolut Business in App help section so we can further assist you.

    Follow these steps to reach out to our help section:

    – Open the Revolut Business App

    – Click on your account name on the top left of your screen.
    – Open “Help” section.
    – Scroll down until you see “Chat” option.
    – Click on “Start new chat” (chat bubble icon)

    Unfortunately disabling the cache plugin didn’t fix the issue. I’ll contact your support through the app.
