Not loading icon on page; Omit Viewer on Page

What exactly are you trying to achieve? Where is the spiderpowa-pdf shortcode coming from?

The gallery on the page is likely not generating any icons because that particular page doesn’t have any attachments. By default, the empty [dg] DG shortcode uses all compatible attachments of that particular post/page. If you want to reference a non-local attachment, you need to reference the more advanced attribute options documented in the Installation page.

Can you give me a URL pointing to this page/post?

The spiderpowa-pdf was a competing plugin. I got rid of it. It was the plugin generating the in-page preview.

I’m now just having problems generating an icon and the text color from white to anything. I have ghost links you have to float across the page to find.

AND how do you take of the hover-over underline on links? That’s just an extra, non-plugin question.

I’m still not quite sure what you are trying to achieve. The link you’ve provided includes one icon, but it’s not being generated by Document Gallery and the page also doesn’t appear to be using the shortcode.

In terms of formatting text under icons, that’s discussed in a number of other support threads, but here is one that goes into quite a bit of detail with various ways to target specific elements of the gallery.
