There are a few things that might cause this. Could you send a link to the page with the feed on it? I can likely figure out what the issue might be then.

Ok, the URL is https://dolcemag.com/. It’s on the right hand sidebar (under Social Scene, a little further down).

I think this Chrome console error has something to do with it:

“Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 429 ()

api.instagram.com/v1/users/…”

I think it has to do with the maximum amount of requests, and using a secure API request

Is your “check for new posts every” setting set to at least a few minutes? This would have an affect on reaching the limit. Feel free to contact us on our website with your system info and we can troubleshoot this further if you’d like.
