Not loading new reviews

Yes I still do need help.. Well there is no Error windows or message.. It just stoped uplaoding new reviews…… Now after the last update I dont receive the error message: only:
Retrieving Google Business reviews for Place ID: ChIJ85FYxRiHqkARI3cPPO5mYXs and saving them to your WordPress database…

Google Result 0 Reviews inserted.

And that is all. Its like that since2019-02-19 21:03:22 this is the last review that was uploaded….. Weirdly I have deleted the reviews as far sas I deleted the reviews and hit the uplaod new reviewws and it got the same reviews before deleting them. The option I set up in the beggining was to tretreive reviews with 4 plus stars. There is allot of reviews with 5 and 4 stars but it keeps the same reviews….. Anddoes not uplaod any new reviews…… the website is gazserviz dot net the place from G Map is Газ Сервиз

PS it uploads only 4 reviews not 5… I have done this few minutes ago and the same result occured. In the older version WHEN i wrote here there was an error message, but now its gone after the last update.

Keep in mind that the Google Places API will only return the 5 Most Helpful, not the newest reviews. You can check the 5 Most Helpful by looking up your place on Google and change the sort for the reviews to Most Helpful or Relevant. The 5 that it lists should be the ones that the plugin can download. It’s a limitation of the API not the plugin. When Google changes the 5 Most Helpful then the plugin can automatically grab any new ones they added to the list.
