I have a block with some front-end javascript created via @wordpress/create-block.

I have a front-end javascript file that needs to load in the footer. On most sites it does. On my site with AIOSEO installed and activated, the script loads in the header.

Is there some setting that AIOSEO is running that would cause scripts to not load in the footer?

In the linked site, I have your plugin disabled and the aria.accordion.js file is loading in the footer.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I ended up loading the scripts manually and not using viewScript. But there seems to be some conflict between this plugin and the WordPress block.json viewScript functionality.

    Hi @pattyok,

Could you please go to All in One SEO > Search Appearance > Advanced and let me know if you’ve enabled the Run Shortcodes toggle?

If so, could you try disabling that toggle and let me know if that fixes the issue?

    Hi @pattyok,

We haven’t heard back from you in a week. I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.

    Thanks!
