Not logging data of Vendors with WC Vendors Pro plugin

  • Hi,

    I run a marketplace using WC Vendors Pro and I would like to keep a log of the activity of my vendors. I don’t know how familiar you are with this plugin, but it allows users (role: “Vendor”) to have a front-end dashboard from where they can manage their store (products, orders and whatnot).

    I am really interested in keeping an activity log of my vendors, for example of whenever they add/edit a product.

    I’ve run a few tests with WP Security Audit Log, but the activity from their front-end dashboard is not recorded at all.

    Am I doing something wrong or WP SAL cannot record such things?

    Just to confirm, is this the plugin you are referring to: https://www.wcvendors.com/ ?

    If it is, I cannot tell you exactly if it works or not because we have never tested it ourselves. I can also see that it is a premium only plugin, making it difficult to test.

    Can you send us an email on [email protected] so we can look into this plung and see what needs to be done to support it?
