Not minifying css and js files

i am using p fastest cache on my site from 2 years but recently i amm facing this issue. css & js files are displayed with their original name in pagespeed like style.css. but earlier it was displayed with cached file name also reduce initial server response was 0.7 sec but now it even gives 4 sec with wp fastest cache implemented. can you please look into this matter.

I have paused cloudflare from wp fastest cache. i am facing this issue from 10 november however I adde cloudflare yesterday just for checking purpose but I got no positive outcome.
i also have an arabic version of this site and wp fastest cache is also installed there but it doesn’t give any initial server response isue. please check the following link.
