  • Hi Jennifer

If you have a moment, please, create a test page and insert any of the widgets that you had an issue with and send a link to the page, it should only take a minute or two. I’m sure the author would really appreciate the opportunity to inspect the issue, it isn’t normal behavior for this plugin.

Jennifer – appreciate it if you post us a link to the page where you had this issue.

If you visit our demo page here –

    https://livemeshwp.com/siteorigin-widgets/widgets-demo/,

you can see that all of our widgets are responsive.

If you prefer, you can email us the link here – https://livemeshwp.com/siteorigin-widgets/contact-us/.

After contacting support, which told me there was nothing they could do and that it would take custom css – I removed the plugin.

Jennifer – thanks for writing back to us. However, we do not have any support requests raised from you except perhaps the one that dates back to May last year (12 months ago) regarding an issue with the hero header widget.

Can you pls clarify where you had raised the request regarding the responsiveness of the widgets?
