Not necessary cookies behavior / GA

Hi guys,
I’ve set up your plugin on my site and I’d like to understand a specific point.
In my cookies settings / non necessary cookies, I’ve chosen “Desactivate” by default. So I my mind, if I don’t touch anything and click on accept, the google analytics cookies shouldn’t be there. BUT when I check my GA dashboard / real time, I see my connection.

So on your site, you say : clicking on ACCEPT means I accept all the cookies. Where should I click in Cookies settings window to close / continue but without accepting the Not necessary cookies.
Do you understand my point?
