Not on mobile devices – Not working

    Hi,
    My custom content selected the “Not on mobile devices” option but the it still showing on phone and tablet.

  • Hi @hasliza,

    I just tested this on my installation and the option worked fine for me so it looks like this is something specific to your installation.

    Can you to edit your Custom Content, and next to Pop-up toggle button you will see a list of all the rules for popup, can you grab me a screenshot of that and share it here?

    Also, could you tell me which mobile device and browser you are using and share your site URL here so we can check it out?
