not on root / home page?

I installed the plugin and activated it on two sites on cloudways.

The MM page comes up on subpages, for example, mysite.com/some-page-here but does not come up for the root of the page, mysite.com

I cleared cache on both sites in the wp admin console. I used different browsers on the computers. I used incognito mode.

How do I make it such that the page comes up at the base/root of the site?
