Not only optimization, but great service!

Since I have an RV travel site, I had thousands of new pictures I needed optimized while dealing with a theme change. I had never used a plugin like that before, and I misunderstood some things about the settings. When I emailed in for clarification, Dan was great about helping me in that regard. When I had issues with my host company about pictures being http vs. https, Alex at ShortPixel stepped up and was willing to help even though it wasn’t caused by anything on their end.

I like how you can see the pictures before and as they’re being optimized, the different choices you have for how much optimization, and how great they still look afterwards. They have a customer for life with me!
