Not Opening in New Tab

    Hello,

    I just installed your plugin. Although the new tab option is selected both in Settings and in the individual link set-up, a new tab is not opening.

    I can always add the target=_”blank” myself but it would be easier to not have to; also it makes me wonder if the no-follow is working properly.
