    Hello,

I’ve installed your plugin and followed the instructions in your video but I my website is still not passing the CORs Tester.

I’ve tried clearing the cache and saving the Permalinks but it makes no difference.

Can you let me know if there is something else that I need to do to get this working?

    Thanks in Advance,
    Donal

    Hello Donal,

    Thank you for reaching out.

Could you please try resetting the plugin to its default settings and then check if your site passes the CORs test? If it still doesn’t pass, it might indicate that this plugin is not suitable for your site configuration. In that case, you may consider uninstalling the plugin.

Please let us know how it goes.

    Best regards,

    Dev

    Hi Dev,

I tried resetting the plugin and it still didn’t work.

Can you let me know the correct configuration (server type, etc) and I might be able to make some changes to get it to work.

If I can’t get it to work can you suggest an alternative approach that might help me to get CORs enabled on my site?

    Thanks again,
    Donal
