Not paying again

I have paid for Pro version in December 2012. A few month later I had problem wit function “Password Lock” for my downloads. Instead of Password box I got just empty box. I have contacted support and they found at least some solution, but not the best.
I thought I will survive this, because otherwise it has some usefull features.
Now plugin doesn’t work at all. I have checked if there are any restriction on hosting provider site, but its not. I wanted enter WP Download Manager support to sort it out, but I couldnt get in – “Access Restricted – access period is expired!”.
For my self I am not paing 45 $ to get upgrade and support for another year !
