Not PHP 8.1 compatible – critical error with php 8.1

Hi,
It doesn’t appear that this plugin is compatible with php 8.1 ie

Given that php 7.4 is EOL in November this year and and php 8.0 is end of active support in November this year, when can we expect a fix for this, especially given that requests for fixes to this line of code have been ongoing for over a year ie https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/problem-with-php-8-4/ and
https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/php-warning-attempt-to-assign-property-type-of-non-object/
