not picking up www-prefixed domain

I cannot get plugin to pickup the www-prefixed domain https://snipboard.io/3s6EHm.jpg
even though the A record exists https://snipboard.io/rBP2wO.jpgThe domain is registered on GODADDY. When creating the A record it would not take just ‘www’, had to have domain name with it.
Where did I go wrong?
