Not playing and not able to download

    Hell0,

    I am having trouble getting SSP to work. The issue I am having is that the player is not playing audio and the audio download link doesn’t work, it returns 404 Not found (The requested URL was not found on this server). I can play the audio fine from within WP admin panel.

    I have tried uploading to a different directory on my webhost and get the same result and the audio plays fine from WP’s default audio player widget using that link.

    I have check my webserver and it’s running Apache not NGINX. I have also tried disabling caching etc as per the common support article regarding player not working. I have also looked through these forums and can’t find any solve for this issue.

    Could you please point me in the right direction?
