Not Pointing to the page

Hi I have created a page and it’s wordpress link is https://localhost/?page_id=7. This page is “Contact Us” page and I want to change the link to https://localhost/contact/. I followed all the steps provided in the plugin documentation but when I hit the URL I get Page Not Found.
Please help
