Not poping up at all

So I installed this popup plugin and it was working great! I was impressed and I really like it… when it was running. ?? Now it’s not popping up at all. I have it on test mode (pops even if there are cookies on my machine) right now and nothing. I’ve reinstalled a fresh installation of my theme files and used them to update my child theme. Still nothing. Nuked cookies and nothing.

I’m willing to pay for pro, but I want to know that this works first.
