not possible to clic

Good evening,
I get a problem with the plugin , something strange, when i clic on edit or X or save it do nothing, i don’t get any action. When i clic on save the buton become like same as if i clic so i cannot clic a second time. I cannot edit anything, but the save export is working welle, and the link redirect that are saved are also working well. I try to delete the plugin and intall it again but it give me all my redirect page , so i supose that something is saved else as in plugin directory.
