Are you talking about the tutorial/help boxes that show when you first activate the plugin? You should be able to get rid of those either by just clicking the dismiss/skip button on any of the slides, or by just going through them all.
If the skip button isn’t working and/or you’re not able to cycle through the slides, that sounds like maybe there is some kind of conflict in your WordPress admin (probably JavaScript) that is preventing our script from running correctly. If you could have a quick look at the developer console in your browser (https://balsamiq.com/support/faqs/browserconsole/), there might be an error that indicates the source of the problem. If you could attach a screenshot of that, hopefully we could let you know how to correct what’s going on.
