    Hi experts,

    I have since a few days my wooCommerce shop, but I am not able to test it, because I cannot click PayPal or enter a credit card number on woocommerce payment.
    Maybe it is easy and I am too stupid to do the setup.
    Item is available in the shop.
    I hope someone can help here.
    Setup Product:
    1. Inventory – Manage Inventory – Enabled
    – inventory quantity – 5
    – Allow back order – Allow but notify customer
    – Low Inventory Threshold – 2

    Thank you for contacting us!

    I understand you are not able to click on PayPal button or enter credit card information.

    I couldn’t open your website to test this, it doesn’t load up.

    Here are a few of things you could try:

    1. Can you please try switching to a default WordPress theme, such as 2022 or Storefront, to see if the problem still exists?

    2. It’s possible that there might be a plugin conflict. Try disabling all of your plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Payments. Try testing again to see if the issue persists. If that resolves your issue, try enabling each plugin one by one while continuing to test.

    If you are still having issues, please share your current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.

    It was a broken Plugin for Cookies.

    Hi. I am having the same issue, but I have done this trouble shooting 3 times and it is not any of the plugins. I have also reached out to customer service on multiple occasions but have yet to receive any interactions. I am losing clients by the day. Nobody is able to enter their account information at all. I even tried to ONLY use Stripe, and unless I have WooCommerce checked, Stripe won’t even work. Now, having stripe as a system is ok, but when I have to enable WooCommerce, it clutters my entire checkout screen although my clients cannot use WooCommerce platforms, and they have to dig for where to find to put the Stripe information for their card. I would seriously appreciate some assistance here. I really don’t want to have to move my site again.
