I added a new row, saved it, and the new row is not shown, either in the dashboard view or the preview. I have done this repeatedly, and the same thing happens every time. Any thoughts?

As I click ‘save’, the content in the new row (but not the new row itself) disappears. This happens even when I attempt to edit content in existing rows.

In fact, it’s not possible to make any changes at all to any celll in an existing table; on ‘save’, the new changes and the remaining contents of the cell disappear, leaving an empty cell.

It seems the only way to edit the contents of a table is to export it, edit it offline and then re-import it, which is fairly labour-intensive. On doing this, the same issue described above is still present, though.

    Hi,

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

That sounds really strange. Are you maybe seeing any JavaScript-related errors in the browser’s error log console (you can access that via the browser’s Developer Tools)?

If not, I’d like to take a direct look at this on your site. Could you therefore please get in touch via email address from the bottom of https://tablepress.org/pricing/ ?

    Regards,
    Tobias

    Hi,

quick update for everybody following this thread: I’ve looked at this together with Marco and we found that the LanguageTool browser add-on was the cause for this issue (similar to https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/editing-content-renders-content-indefined/ ).

    Best wishes,
    Tobias
