Not possible to use state or postcode when shipping to some countries

    I believe this is intended behavior but, honestly, there is no reason to assume this is the norm. In my case, the store is based in the US and I want to ship products worldwide… and that includes Canada!

    UPS, FEDEX and USPS for instance have different prices based on Canadian postcodes for shipping from the US to Canada and I cannot use the plugin to configure the shipping options because:
    1) Alphanumeric postcodes (Canada) are not accepted!
    2) Cannot use Canadian provinces because they are not available in the state options since the shop base location is the US!

    In other words, I can only set up one single value for shipping from the US to Canada which is completely absurd since the prices vary enormously depending on the destination in Canada!

    I believe this is also true if you want to ship from any country to the UK, if you find shipping companies that would charge you different prices depending on the destination within the UK.

    Please investigate this issue so it is possible to configure shipping from the US to Canada correctly!
