Not Posting

  • I receive an email with this error message. I installed 1.6 and it still fails. Can you please provide a solution as the host will not give access to such a public location. Is there a way to overwrite this location? I also have the setting “Connection Type!” set to database but it fails with the same message on both. Please help!

    Error:
    “Directory C:\Windows\TEMP/ does not exist or is not writable”

    Are you using localhost?
    Well the plugin gets all possible temp areas provided by the server. The server should provide a temp area. You can ask your host provider why there is no temp area available?
    Or if it is a totally different folder, let us know.

    Hi, I have same problem, y host my site in a shared hosting (Hostgator) it’s posible i not have permission to write in this folder, it’s possible to change location to a plugin folder maybe?
