Not posting to every networks strange problem

Hi,
First of all thanks for this great plugin.
I was using this plugin on my many blogs with no issues at all. But now I was running on a new webhost with new set of blogs. The problem I was facing on these blogs was eg: in my blog there are 5 social networks added successfully. The posts are published by schedule time, but everytime the snap only autopost it to limited networks. Sometimes it will post to 2 networks, sometimes only 1 network. I checked the log also, there was no info. about why the other networks are skipped.
The only error I got for every posts,
