    A couple of weeks ago, it stopped posting to Pinterest. I get the following errors. I have been hit with rate limits before usually when I was posting a lot. And it went away pretty quickly. I am actually able to post from the Pinterest website so I guess this is a plugin issue. Can you help me?

    RSP Error: Array ( [status] => failure [http_status] => 429 [code] => 8 [message] => You have exceeded your rate limit. Try again later. [api_error_code] => 8 [extra_data] => Array ( [message] => None ) )

    I posted a support ticket on their website about the same time as this post but I haven’t heard back. I updated the support ticket last night.

    Same problem here

    More than two months now. Did you submit a support ticket too?

    Honestly, I have tickets that never got answered from over a year ago. This is not the only issue I have. I hope you have better luck than me. There are other options out there with much better support. You would think that when you pay for a premium plugin, you would at least get a response. Good luck.

    PS If you notice, the reviews for this plugin have tanked the last year.

    Hello, the problem continues, have you found a solution?

    RSP Error: Array ( [status] => failure [http_status] => 429 [code] => 8 [message] => Has superado tu límite de velocidad. Inténtalo de nuevo más tarde. [api_error_code] => 8 [extra_data] => Array ( [message] => None ) )

    I’m done, support does not exist. Deleting the plugins. Canceling my auto renewal because they make sure that gets handled. There are other plugins that can do the job for most social networks.

    I’m still hoping it will be fixed but in the meantime, I purchased a Pinterest plugin on CodeCanyon and use it in conjunction with SNAP.

    I’m going to go with this one fs-poster

    I got that one too but it didn’t do what I wanted it to so I used it on another project.

    It’s not perfect but it does the job for me.

    This means your account requires a session info.

    Please enter it to the field:

    Session Info:
    [Optional] Please use this only if you are having troubles to login/post without it.

    Instructions are here: https://www.nextscripts.com/instructions/setup-installation-pinterest-social-networks-auto-poster-wordpress/

    Thanks for that. It works for me. The last step wasn’t very clear.

    Please paste/enter that value into the “Session ID” field

    But for those, like me, who didn’t know where to put the value, the Session ID is in this plugin’s Pinterest settings on your site.

    I do appreciate that you fixed this issue but I have to wonder why it took 3 months to reply.
