Not processing Credit Card…

    Hello,
    I am just trying to setup this plugin and have had some success but not complete. I am able to make a donation through Paypal when I also sign in to paypal. I can’t, however, make a donation when I try to use a credit card while NOT being signed in to Paypal as some of our donors but need to do. Is there something I am missing in the setup or is there possibly something wrong on the PayPal side that I need to do to allow for this type of donation?
    Thank you for your help and for this plugin. It seems nicer than others I’ve been looking at.

    Is there no one who can help? I have seen that the plugin author responds fairly quickly for some. I was hoping to just get a little help as to proceeding. I really can’t tell if the problem is on my side( (as in paypal since I didn’t set this up for my “client”) or if the problem is on my side. Also, I am not sure that I am assuming that this plugin allows for credit card processing through Paypal. I would really appreciate some help if anyone has a moment. Thanks.

    Hi, I’m back. Had a heck of a “day job” work day yesterday and been deep head-first into a bug fix for Seamless Donations. Catching up to other posts now.

    I believe donors must have a PayPal account. I have had requests for additional gateways, some of which include pure credit card processing without a PayPal account, but it’s a pretty big project. It’s on the list, though.

    Thanks for your response, David. It was not clear, at least to me, that donors would need a PayPal account. Thanks for letting me know.
