Not Properly Functioning

The plugin functions incorrectly.
The share count is wrong.

When you click on any share icon ex: Facebook, it directly increments the count before even the link is shared.
It increments the value and stores the value on the server, It doesn’t fetch the total shares of the link using the facebook api.

Scenario: I enable facebook,google+,twitter and pinterest sharing. Then I clicked on facebook icon to share the link to test the plugin. As I was not logged in at the time in facebook, popup came and asked me to log into my fb account. But until then the count was incremented by the plugin.

I wont recommend it until the issue is fixed.
