Not properly prepared for localization

    Hi @boonebgorges,

    @krioteh would like to translate BuddyPress Groupblog into Russian, but it’s not properly prepared for localization, see the warning on the plugin’s page in GlotPress.

    Currently, the plugin generates a notice in #meta-language-packs channel on Slack due to missing Text Domain header:

    Import of bp-groupblog
    Time: Mon, 19 Sep 2016 15:45:47 +0000, Development Log
    Code for stable (bp-groupblog/tags/1.8.13/) in process…
    This plugin has no text domain declaration in the file header.
    Code for stable was processed.
