Not properly prepared for localization

    Hi @boonebgorges,

    @krioteh would like to translate BuddyPress Docs into Russian, but it’s not properly prepared for localization, see the warning on the plugin’s page in GlotPress.

    Currently, the plugin generates a notice in #meta-language-packs channel on Slack due to missing Text Domain header:

    Import of buddypress-docs
    Time: Wed, 15 Mar 2017 14:50:26 +0000, Development Log
    Code for stable (buddypress-docs/tags/1.9.3/) in process…
    This plugin has no text domain declaration in the file header.
    Code for stable was processed.
