Not properly working in widget

Very cool plugin, but the widget doesn’t work if there is not ALSO a toc in the page itself.
At the moment I did work-around this by adding a toc on the page and setting it to only 1 level + hide it by default so it won’t clog up the page too much. The widget will still show all levels (h1..h6 as set in the widget settings) and all links (h1..h6) do work.
