Not ranking on google search

    Hello,

    I have created my first site after months of hard graft and I have been on google search and bing/yahoo for a few weeks now.

    On google search I have 40 clicks but that’s just from family and friends, no one has actually clicked my products, because I am not ranking anywhere near high enough.

    Can I ask is this just a time thing? Or do I need more backlinks as atm I only have my new insta account and FB account with links to my site. If I do need more backlinks any recommendations?

    I have had 300 page views on one day where my mum shared my shop on her facebook, but now I get about 7 views a day and that’s through my new socials I think.

    Im just very confused, I would be overjoyed if I could get just 1 or two organic clicks through from search.

    I appreciate any and all advice thanks so much guys! I am open ears.
